Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
Little Panda provides immersive Mandarin Chinese classes for children, adults, and corporate clients. These terms govern the relationship between Little Panda Education sàrl-s (hereafter referred to as "the school") and its clients.
2. Registration & Enrollment
To secure a spot, students must complete the online enrollment form and place their course orders on our website.
By enrolling, clients agree to comply with the terms listed here.
For group classes, children are accepted from the age of 2. Children aged 2 to 4 must be accompanied by one guardian during class.
Enrollments are valid for one term (approximately 10–11 weeks) and can be renewed at the end of each term.
3. Term Dates and Trial Workshop Policy
For Mandarin Funfunfun group workshops, Little Panda follows the local Luxembourgish school calendar and divides the academic year into three terms:
Term 1: September to Christmas
Term 2: January to Easter break
Term 3: April to summer break
There are no group workshops during public holidays or official school holidays. A detailed calendar is shared at the beginning of each term.
Private and corporate sessions are scheduled on a case-by-case basis and are not bound by the group workshop calendar.
A paid trial workshop (€30) is available for Mandarin Funfunfun group workshops. If the student enrolls for the term, the trial fee will be deducted from the tuition.
Only one trial class is permitted per student.
Parents may accompany the child for the trial class only; after that, we encourage children to attend independently (excluding the Baby Panda group for children ages 2–4).
Trial class fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the school.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If cancellation is made before the term starts, 10% of the total fee will be charged as an administrative fee.
Once the term has started, no refunds will be issued.
Missed group classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Private classes may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice and must be completed within the package validity period. In cases of emergency, rescheduling with medical proof may be allowed.
6. Attendance and Conduct
Students must arrive on time; late entry disrupts the learning environment.
Please ensure children use the bathroom before class begins.
A parent/guardian is responsible for supervising their child before and after class. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early.
Disruptive behavior, including physical aggression or verbal disrespect, may result in removal from class.
Damage to school property must be compensated by the responsible student’s family.
7. Safety and Supervision
Only one parent/guardian may accompany the child in class for Baby Panda classes.
Food and drink may be consumed only under parental supervision. All trash must be disposed of properly.
8. Use of Student Work and Images
We may occasionally take photos or share student work for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, exhibitions).
By enrolling, clients agree to this usage unless they notify us in writing in advance.
9. Data Protection
All personal data is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679).
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Luxembourg courts.
